Goals

Create a new futures exchange and a new securities exchange that trade financial derivative products on realized volatility
Develop the U.S. patent of the concepts known as VolContract futures and VolSwap™ instruments
Develop the U.S. patent pending of the concept known as VolShare™ securities
Standardize the products to promote simplicity, reduce confusion, and increase market acceptance
Outsource clearing, execution, compliance, and surveillance in order to maintain internal efficiency and to focus on our value-added products
Bring compatible and “next generation” products to the exchange in the future
